The co-operative apartment complex consists of one single, 330 metres long building. The honeycomb structure forms alternating volumes and courtyards that divide the large and dense complex into smaller, comfortable units. The apartments enjoy at least a two-sided orientation: to the evening sun in the west and to the garden in the east.
